Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) invites proposal from four to five-star hotels in Kathmandu, Nepal to provide the service for an event scheduled from 11-13 Oct 2022. The event will be participated by around 400 delegates from Nepal and Nepali diaspora community. The event will be attended by high level government officials, political leaders, representatives from private sectors, media including others; hence the strong preference waill be given to have a strong security measures, spacious parking and accessibility and outstanding housekeeping services etc. Each day the participant numbers may vary; the details of the final participant and logistic requirement will be communicated once your proposal are accepted based on comparative bidding for cost and services considering value for money. However please submit your comprehensive proposal of cost and services addressing wider need of the program including as mentioned below:

• Three meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)- Please mention menu
• Beverage service
• Accommodation (Different rooms types)
• Audit Visuals system
• Internet service
• Availability of number of event hall with its specification and facilities
• Information of restaurant and capacity
• Parking Facilities
• Security measures in place
• Banquet and Hospitality services offered
• Payment terms
• Cancelation policy
• Compliances
• Others if any

Eligible vendors who provide complete information may be invited to participate in negotiation process. Therefore, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this RFP by submitting with required documents to procurement@nrna.org by September 09, 2022.
